We are looking for an experienced Livelihoods Officer to join our project team working on business development and livelihood improvement in earthquake affected areas. This position will provide training, grant support and counseling to local businesses to restructure their businesses and ensure sustainable business development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and monitor participation in business management training programs for businesses
Managing the acceptance and evaluation processes of business development and business repair grant applications
Regularly monitor the development of grantee enterprises and provide support for their needs
Providing business development strategies and technical support to businesses
Reporting project progress and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Analyzing regional market dynamics and identifying the needs of businesses
Qualifications:
Sector experience in Livelihoods
Bachelor's degree
Experience in grant management, project implementation and training programs
Knowledge of English at C1 level
Effective communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Good command of project management software and MS Office programs
