-       جمع البيانات الميدانية: إجراء أنشطة جمع البيانات الميدانية لتسجيل المستفيدين، والتحقق، واستطلاعات الأسر، وتقييم الاحتياجات، ومراقبة ما بعد التوزيع، ومناقشات المجموعات البؤرية، ومقابلات المُخبرين الرئيسيين.

-       استخدام الأدوات والبروتوكولات: ضمان الاستخدام السليم لأدوات جمع البيانات الموحدة (الورقية أو الرقمية مثل Kobo) والالتزام الصارم بالبروتوكولات والإرشادات المعمول بها.

-       دقة البيانات وضمان جودتها: التحقق من دقة البيانات المجمعة واكتمالها واتساقها قبل تقديمها؛ والإبلاغ عن أي تناقضات أو أخطاء أو أنماط غير عادية لتصحيحها.

-       إعداد التقارير والتوثيق: تقديم البيانات المجمعة والنماذج المكتملة في الوقت المناسب، مع ضمان التوافق مع المواعيد النهائية لتقديم التقارير ومتطلبات المنظمة.

-       السرية والمعايير الأخلاقية: حماية المعلومات الحساسة والشخصية من خلال الالتزام ببروتوكولات السرية وحماية البيانات بما يتماشى مع المبادئ الإنسانية. • المشاركة المجتمعية: التفاعل باحترام وأخلاق مع المستفيدين وأفراد المجتمع أثناء المقابلات، مع ضمان الشمولية والحساسية الثقافية والحياد.

-       الملاحظات والإبلاغ عن المشاكل: تحديد أي تحديات أو مخاوف تتعلق بالحماية أو مشكلات تواجههم في الميدان والإبلاغ عنها للمشرفين لحلها في الوقت المناسب.

-       الترجمة التحريرية والفورية: دعم أنشطة جمع البيانات من خلال توفير الترجمة التحريرية والفورية عند الحاجة، مع ضمان الوضوح والدقة في التواصل.

-       العمل الجماعي والتنسيق: التعاون مع فرق الرصد والتقييم والمساءلة والتعلم، وفرق المشاريع، والفرق الميدانية لضمان التنفيذ السلس لأنشطة الرصد وجمع البيانات.

-       الامتثال والمعايير: ضمان امتثال جميع المهام للإجراءات الداخلية لهيئة الإغاثة الإنسانية وحقوق الإنسان والحريات الإنسانية (IHH)، ومتطلبات الجهات المانحة، والمعايير الدولية (مثل المعيار الإنساني الأساسي، Sphere)

-       يشترط الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة؛ وتُعدّ الدراسات الجامعية في العلوم الاجتماعية أو الإحصاء أو المجالات ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية.

·      خبرة سابقة في جمع البيانات الميدانية أو أعمال المسح.

·      تُعدّ الخبرة في استخدام الأدوات الرقمية (مثل Kobo Toolbox) ميزة إضافية.

·      فهم مبادئ الرصد والمساءلة الأساسية

·      الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في تسجيل البيانات.

·      مهارات تواصل وتفاعل جيدة.

·      القدرة على السفر والعمل في البيئات الميدانية حسب الحاجة.

Since its establishment in 1992, IHH has been dedicated to providing aid to individuals in need, including those affected by catastrophes, war, natural disasters, and various forms of adversity such as injury, disability, starvation, homelessness, and persecution. Our mission extends globally, transcending barriers of religion, language, race, or sect, to safeguard basic human rights and freedoms. IHH’s voluntary relief activities evolved into an official organization in 1995 and spread around five continents as it established a bridge of goodwill stretching from Türkiye to 123 countries.

The Data Collector, based in Syria, will play a key role in supporting program monitoring, beneficiary registration, verification, and field assessments. Working under the supervision of the MEAL team or Project Officer, the Data Collector is responsible for carrying out accurate, consistent, and ethical data collection using standardized paper-based or digital tools. The role ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and reliability of all information gathered, contributing directly to the effectiveness, accountability, and learning of humanitarian programs. Data Collectors are expected to maintain respectful and professional interactions with community members and ensure that all activities are conducted in line with organizational policies, donor requirements, and international humanitarian standards.

·       Field Data Collection: Conduct field-level data collection activities for beneficiary registration, verification, household surveys, needs assessments, post-distribution monitoring (PDM), focus group discussions (FGDs), and key informant interviews (KIIs).

·       Use of Tools & Protocols: Ensure proper use of standardized data collection tools (paper-based or digital such as Kobo) and strictly follow established protocols and guidance.

·       Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Verify collected data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission; flag discrepancies, errors, or unusual patterns for correction.

·       Reporting & Documentation: Submit collected data and completed forms in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with reporting deadlines and organizational requirements.

·       Confidentiality & Ethical Standards: Safeguard sensitive and personal information by adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols in line with humanitarian principles.

·       Community Engagement: Engage respectfully and ethically with beneficiaries and community members during interviews, ensuring inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and neutrality.

·       Feedback & Issue Reporting: Identify and report any challenges, protection concerns, or issues encountered in the field to supervisors for timely resolution.

·       Translation & Interpretation: Support data collection activities by providing translation and interpretation when required, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.

·       Teamwork & Coordination: Work collaboratively with MEAL, project, and field teams to ensure smooth implementation of monitoring and data collection activities.

·       Compliance & Standards: Ensure all tasks comply with IHH internal procedures, donor requirements, and international standards (e.g., Core Humanitarian Standard, Sphere).

High school diploma required; university studies in social sciences, statistics, or related fields are an advantage.

·       Previous experience in field data collection or survey work.

·       Experience with digital tools (e.g., Kobo Toolbox) is an asset.

·       Understanding of basic monitoring and accountability principles.

·       Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills.
