ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project combines shelter rehabilitation, winterization and Core NFI assistance, cash assistance for food, bakery rehabilitation and subsidized bread provision, and agricultural and irrigation-related interventions. Through these complementary activities, the project aims to address urgent household needs, restore essential infrastructure and support agricultural livelihoods and community recovery.

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of integrated Shelter/NFI and Food Security and Agriculture/Livelihoods (FSAL) activities, providing leadership to the project team and ensuring effective coordination between technical teams, support departments, local authorities, community representatives and relevant humanitarian stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management and organizational skills, sound financial oversight, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and address operational challenges in the Syrian humanitarian context. The successful candidate will ensure that project activities achieve their intended results while maintaining high standards of programme quality, accountability, safeguarding and donor compliance.
